    Domestic Flight Booking Terms

    1. The total price displayed on the Site includes all applicable government taxes and are subjective to service charge, and it does not include the payment transaction fee.
    2. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.
    3. There will be no refund for ‘no-shows’ or any partially unused flights.
    4. Refund against partially utilized ticket is as per airlines terms and conditions and could take up to 90 days.
    5. Infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age.
    6. All Tickets/Bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines / supplier.
    7. We recommend user to refer airlines terms and conditions before booking the ticket.
    8. By accepting our booking terms, user is also agreeing to terms & conditions of the respective airline
    9. Nepflights charges a non-refundable convenience charge of $10/- for oneway flights and $20/- for roundtrip flights additionally on per passenger basis.
    10. Seats are subject to availability and flight time changed during the booking and confirmation of the ticket are subjective to thea airlines itself. Nepflights.com donot play any role regarding this.


    1. As per the airline rules, the standard check-in time begins 1 hours before departure for domestic flights.
    2. For International flights, the check-in time is 3 hours before departure.
    3. The passenger needs to check-in at least 1 hrs prior departure for domestic flights else will be considered as a no show.
    4. Infants must have valid proof-of-age documents showing that the infant is less than two years old.


    1. Every booking made on Nepflights is subject to amendment charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
    2. In case of Online Reschedule, the existing booking id will be auto cancelled with applicable airlines cancellation charges and a fresh booking id will be generated as per current pricing.
    3. If you amend your booking, you will be charged the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made. However if the new fare is lower than the Original fare, difference in the amount will not be refunded,but the rebooking charges as applicable will be collected
    4. In addition to the airline’s amendment charges, Nepflights charges an amendment handling fee of $10 per passenger per sector.
    5. We’ll collect these charges from you when we make the changes to your travel plans. We’ll also collect the difference in fare, if any, applicable when the amendment is made.
    6. Depending on the airline’s policy, some booked fares may not be amended.
    7. All bookings made through us, can also be amended by calling up the Airline Call Center directly.

    Cancelletion policy::

    1. Every booking made on Nepflights is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary by flight and booking class.
    2. Some booked fares may be non-refundable per the specific airline’s policy.
    3. Offline cancellations: We also accept cancellation requests through phone and via email.
    4. Nepflights cancellation charges: In addition to the airline cancellation charges, Nepflights will charge extra 5% per passenger per sector for each cancellation.
    5. Only cancellation requests made online or telephonic or email (For emails travel date must be more than 48 Hrs) through our customer support shall be entertained. Nepflights shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made through any other medium.
    6. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 4 hours before departure, you’ll need to contact the airline directly to get your reservation cancelled. We will not be able to provide any assistance for these cancellations.
    7. For e-tickets, if your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before departure, you’ll need to contact our customer care executive through telephone. The request through any other medium will not be entertained.

    1. It is mandatory to contact Nepflights for all refunds,as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at Nepflights.com
    2. All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to Nepflights by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.
    3. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary.
    4. Convenience charge of $10 for one-way flight and $20/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests
    5. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
    6. On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
    7. In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 24 hours of the cancellation request.
    8. Company will be able to initiate customer’s refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

    Paypal Terms and Conditions:

    1. Any payment made through paypal and incase of No-SHOW nepflights is not responsible for the refund of tickets. Infact no refund would be issued in these condition of No show or flight cancellation  by the customer 24 hrs prior to flight time.
    2. Nepflights is not responsible for chargeback of the paypal by the customers and would not refund the amount incase of Noshow or passenger not attending to the airport in the day of the flight.
    3. Payment processed by the passenger’s agents arenot allowed to charge back the transaction amount after the date of the flight.
    4. Paypal transaction fee of 5% is added in each transaction made through paypal while making the payment of flight ticket or so.
    5. In process of refund , Nepflights is not responsible for refund of paypal transaction fee.


    Note: Nepflights.com is a facilitation platform providing easy and convenient access to reservations. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, airlines delay and default in refund of tickets. Nepflights.com shall be in a position to process customer refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective Airline. In the event an airlines discontinues its operations, Nepflights.com will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the Airlines.
